Hello

I am a designer based in Brazil with more than 5 years of experience working in the design industry. I started my career as an art director, creating visual content for social media at a communication agency. Then, almost 2 years later I decided to focus on UX/UI design and have been crafting digital systems, web applications, apps and websites for approximately 4 years now.

 

​I am also passionate about privacy and personal data protection. Thus, I seek to understand how the use of data can be beneficial to the design of digital products and what are the risks involved in the processing of personal data.

​

Through my academic experience earning a degree in Industrial Design (from the University of the State of Bahia, Uneb) and a degree in Law (from the Maurício de Nassau University Center) and currently pursuing an MBA in BI, Digital Marketing and Data-driven Strategy (from the Pontificial Catholic University, PUC-RS), I have learned that my multidisciplinary background helps me approach my work from different perspectives, thus giving me more tools with which to understand and to solve problems.

During my journey, I had the opportunity to participate in a 15-month academic exchange program in the United States, at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), sponsored by CNPq/CAPES. I also participated as co-author in the 8th edition of the book Diálogos Jurídicos, published by Mente Aberta, addressing the issue of civil liability in the processing of personal data.
